Your application and any other information that you provide to us (including any sensitive personal information such as medical conditions or criminal record history) will be used by the company for the purposes of processing your application for employment. Consequently, Company may use your personal data in relation to the evaluation and selection of candidates including but not limited to setting up and conducting interviews and tests, evaluating and assessing the results and as is otherwise needed in the recruitment processes. If successful in the employment process any information provided through this recruitment system may form the basis of your HR record with Company.
We may carry out pre-employment vetting, including but not limited to credit reference and criminal record checks, address verification, confirmation of academic qualifications, and requesting employer or other references.
We may also use your information for reporting purposes when required to do so by law and also for our statistical purposes.
Your application and any other information that you provide to us will be held on systems operated on behalf of Company by Company Corporation, and will be stored in the UK and other countries inside Europe. Company is under contract with Company to ensure that your information is protected to standards required by Company in accordance with local data protection legislation and is only processed in accordance with instructions from Company.
Your information will be stored on our e-recruitment system for a period of 18 months from your last visit. If you do not log into your profile in the 18 month period, your details will be automatically removed. Applicants should note that they have the right to access, modify or delete any information concerning their personal profile in compliance with applicable Data Protection legislation. To access or modify your personal details you may do so via our online system by which you submitted your application.
Company may retain any information provided on this application for a period of time sufficient to enable Company to review your application for employment, as well as for general human resource management purposes. If your application is unsuccessful, it will be kept for a period of six months for external applicants and seventy two months for internal applicants from the date on which you are notified, for the purpose of enabling Company to ascertain any other opportunities for you within Company.
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information held on you, for which Company may charge a fee, and the right to ask Company to correct any inaccuracies in that information.
By continuing with your application you agree to the processing of your personal data, including any sensitive data such as diversity information. If you do not wish to accept these terms it will not be possible to progress your application and your application will be cancelled.
